Soybeans are not only the most popular legume in Asian countries. Being rich in protein and vitamins it is an excellent meat replacement in vegetarian nutrition. Soy flakes are among the most commonly used soy products. They have been roasted, therefore they do not require cooking. Mix them with yoghurt, milk or simply add them to other flakes or muesli products.


Use them for stuffed peppers, cabbage rolls and other vegetables. They are an excellent substitute for meat in patties, risottos and pasta sauces as well as an addition in soups or buckwheat groats. They are delicious in combination with curd and in spreads.
