The wholegrain wheat offers the entire abundance of wheat grain. The organic wholegrain wheat flakes are an intact source of fibre, minerals and vitamins.


In müsli with fruit, yoghurt or milk. Use it for soups, leavened croquettes, pancakes made with organic spelt flour and vegetables (e.g. leek). They are excellent for making bread and sponge cakes made of wheat flakes and wholegrain wheat flour.
