Organic spelt flour contains a higher level of protein than other cereals. It is ground from husked spelt, which is useful for biological processing due to its resilience. Spelt is very tasty and isrecommended for bread and pastries. Spelt flour can partially or entirely replace wholegrain wheat flour.


For organic spelt bread, spelt pancakes, coalminer's cake, pies, cakes and biscuits. Spelt flour is excellent for making pasta, gnocchi, mush, dumplings.
