Wheat is also known as the queen of real cereals. Wheat and in particular wheat flour is indispensable in the preparation of bread, farinaceous dishes, pastry and desserts that are typical of Slovenian cuisine.


Use whole wheat grains with yoghurt or fresh fruit for breakfast, for delicious wheat germs, bread from germinated wheat grain. It is also suitable for desserts – for sprouted wheat with walnuts and traditional cereal with cream.
