Organic wheat bran

The organic wheat bran is produced by milling the external outer layer of ecologically produced wheat grain. The wheat bran is a rich source of fibre that has a beneficial effect on the digestion system and gives a feeling of satiety although it is a low-calorie food. It contains a significant share of B-group vitamins, vitamin E, magnesium, iron and phosphorus.


Bran is prepared similarly to flakes, that is with milk or yoghurt and dried fruit, particularly raisins. We can also add them to bread, pastry, biscuits, muffins, sauces and soups.
