Organic sunflower seeds

Sunflower seeds are a recommended part of a wholesome diet due to a high content of proteins and unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins (particularly vitamin E), minerals and folic acid. Just like other seeds the sunflower seeds do not contain cholesterol.


Add them to flakes. Sprinkle roasted seeds over mixed salads and tuna salads, chicken or turkey meat. Bake delicious bread adding sunflower seeds. They also beautifully decorate gingerbread cookies.
