Quinoa is an ancient plant originating in the Andes Mountains of South America. It can replace almost any cereal in almost any dish. It is characterised by a nice sugary taste, which will enrich your everyday diet. Rinse with water before cooking to wash out saponins, which give quinoa a slightly bitter taste.


Use it for soups, stuffing, one-pot dishes, and salads. You can also try it together with pumpkin. When cooled it is delicious as an addition to dishes such as breakfast müsli or fruit.
