Kamut or Khorasan wheat is a rediscovered ancient cereal that was grown some 6000 years ago in Ancient Egypt. It can be used as a substitute for wheat or spelt. As it already has a slightly sugary taste, no additional sugar is needed for the preparation of pastry and bakery products.

Use it with milk or dried fruit for breakfast, snack or dinner. It is suitable in vegetable stews. Kamut is also used for making bread and pastry.
