Buckwheat used to be widespread in our country, and is now finding its way back onto our menus because of its tastiness and beneficial effects. With regard to mineral and fibre content, it belongs to nutritionally richer wholegrain flours. At Žito we grind buckwheat flour from whole grains using a special organic mill with ceramic cylinders.
